30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid MaxYourScore subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at support@maxyourscore.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
- Use the contact form on our website and select "Billing & Subscriptions" as the category.
Score Guarantee
We stand behind our content with a score guarantee that matches the promise made by the leading paid AP courses: complete a subject on MaxYourScore and score at least a 4 on the official AP exam, or get your money back. If you finish the program for a subject and your official score is below a 4, we will refund every payment you made for that subject's subscription.
To qualify, before sitting the official AP exam you must:
- Watch every unit video, complete every unit quiz, and finish all 5 full-length practice exams for the subject (completion is verified from your account's study history).
- Take your official College Board AP exam for that subject at the end of the same academic year in which you completed the program.
- Submit your claim within 30 days of College Board score release by emailing support@maxyourscore.com with a copy of your official score report.
- One claim per subject per exam year.
Refund Eligibility
- First-time purchases: Full refund within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase date.
- Renewal payments: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that payment.
- Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused months upon request.
- Free plan: The free plan does not involve any charges and therefore is not eligible for refunds.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan immediately upon refund processing.
- You will retain access to free-tier features but lose access to premium content.
- Your study progress, flashcard data, and quiz history will be preserved on your account.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated subscription-and-refund cycles. We will always communicate directly with you before denying any refund request.
