All paid MaxYourScore subscriptions (Single Subject and All Access plans) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  2. Use the contact form on our website and select "Billing & Subscriptions" as the category.

Refund Eligibility

  • First-time purchases: Full refund within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase date.
  • Renewal payments: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that payment.
  • Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused months upon request.
  • Free plan: The free plan does not involve any charges and therefore is not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After a Refund

  • Your account will be downgraded to the free plan immediately upon refund processing.
  • You will retain access to free-tier features but lose access to premium content.
  • Your study progress, flashcard data, and quiz history will be preserved on your account.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated subscription-and-refund cycles. We will always communicate directly with you before denying any refund request.
